Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong Plumbing skills to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in Borehamwood.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent, long-term work with a well-established social housing maintenance contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Diagnosing and repairing a variety of plumbing issues
- Completing general multi-trade repairs and maintenance works
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
- Accurately recording completed works and materials used
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
- Strong Plumbing experience is essential
- Multi-trade experience is required
- Additional skills in carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating or flooring would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs environments
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- £22.00 per hour (Umbrella)
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- 40 hours per week
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Ongoing contract with consistent work
