We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a 15-week MOD windows upgrade project in St Athan.
This is a 50/50 split role combining hands-on multi-trade work with resident liaison across occupied properties.
The Role:- Carry out general multi-trade / handyman duties
- Removal & refitting of internal blinds
- Brickwork and pointing repairs
- Installing water butts
- Liaising with residents before and during works
- Acting as a site presence and point of contact for tenants
- Strong Multi Trade experience
- Confident with resident / tenant liaison (RLO)
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and professional on site
- 15-week contract
- Weekly paid day rate (CIS/Umbrella)
