Hunters’ client, is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Technician to join their team.
This is a varied, field-based role working across residential properties, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works.
Multi-Trade Technician – The Role:
- Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void properties
- Complete carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, and general multi-trade tasks
- Deliver work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Accurately record completed works and communicate updates to the wider team
- Represent the business professionally while providing excellent customer service
- Proven experience in a multi-trade, property maintenance, or repairs role
- Strong carpentry and plumbing skills (2+ years), with experience across additional trades
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence and own tools required
- Social housing or responsive repairs experience
- Experience fitting non-slip vinyl flooring (Polysafe)
- Familiarity with PDA systems or mobile job management software
- £32,000 - £35,000 salary DOE
