I'm working with a major UK property services provider that's expanding its team on a long-term housing contract and needs reliable multi-traders immediately.

This is a live contract with consistent work - they're adding heads now to keep up with delivery across military family housing.
The role:
You'll be carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across occupied and void homes, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and finished to a high standard.
Day to day:
- Plumbing repairs & minor installs
- Carpentry and basic joinery work
- General multi-trade maintenance
- Working from a PDA to manage jobs efficiently
- Delivering strong customer service in occupied homes
What they're looking for:
- Proven multi-trade experience (plumbing + carpentry essential)
- Background in housing maintenance or similar
- Ability to diagnose and fix issues first time
- Comfortable working in occupied properties
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 preferred
- Willing to undergo DBS/SC clearance
Package:
- Up to £32,947 salary
- 40 hours per week
