Job Description:
We are are currently recruiting for an experienced handy person / Multiskilled to join the team.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity which can offer career progression within the business.
Duties
- Various tasks such as basic joinery, painting, plumbing, patch repair work
- Going from job to job based on a ad hoc requirement
- Must be able to use power tools
- MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE
- Providing a service to our tenants and resolving basic maintenance issues
- Picking up materials
Qualifications / Experience
- CSCS ideally but this is not essential
- Driving License is essential
- Hard working
- Customer service skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- MUST BE ABLE TO START QUICKLY
