Multi Trader – Social Housing (Perm)
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 per year
Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join our client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across West London. This is a permanent opportunity.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry or plumbing, alongside general multi-trade skills.
Key Responsibilities
- General repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Painting and decorating
- Damp and mould treatment
Requirements
- Strong carpentry or plumbing skills
- NVQ in relevant trade
- Proven experience working in social housing (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
