Multi-Traders Required – Immediate Start | Long-Term Social Housing Project

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader for an immediate start on a long-term Social Housing project.

Role Overview:

• 70% plastering work
• 30% general maintenance, including:
  • Repairing leaking taps
  • Snagging and minor property repairs
  • Addressing day-to-day maintenance issues

Locations Covered:
CR, SW, SE and E postcodes

Requirements:

• Strong plastering experience
• Ability to carry out general maintenance tasks
• Own van (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• Valid DBS check
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
