Multi trader

Location: Filton, Bristol

Duration: 4 weeks

CSCS required.

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, locks, ironmongery, and windows.
• Fit kitchens, worktops, cabinets, wardrobes, and shelving.
• Carry out first-fix and second-fix carpentry works.
• Repair and replace skirting boards, architraves, flooring, and timber structures.
• Undertake reactive and planned maintenance carpentry works.

• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including replacing taps, sinks, and pipework repairs.
• Carry out patch plastering and minor rendering repairs.
• Complete painting and decorating works following repairs.
• Undertake wall and floor tiling repairs.
• Assist with general building maintenance and refurbishment projects.
• Identify and report any major defects requiring specialist contractors.

• High-quality carpentry workmanship.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
