• Designing multi‑utility networks (electricity, gas and water) for residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals and tender submissions

• Working closely with developers, contractors and internal teams to deliver compliant, efficient and commercially sound designs

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and site information to create robust, value‑engineered solutions

• Supporting project teams with design queries and technical guidance

• Contributing to process improvements and helping refine internal design standards

• Experience in multi‑utility design and/or estimating within utilities, IDNO/IGT, ICP or construction environments

• Strong understanding of utility infrastructure, industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, site plans and engineering documentation

• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and stakeholders

• Ambition to grow, develop and take on more responsibility as the business expands
