This role utilises a balanced, predictable 4-week rotating shift pattern (12-hour shifts)
Week 1 (Days): Work Mon/Tue, Off Wed/Thu, Work Fri/Sat/Sun
Week 2 (Days): Off Mon/Tue, Work Wed/Thu, Off Fri/Sat/Sun
Week 3 (Nights): Work Mon/Tue, Off Wed/Thu, Work Fri/Sat/Sun
Week 4 (Nights): Off Mon/Tue, Work Wed/Thu, Off Fri/Sat/Sun

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Multiskilled Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the plant, equipment, and site infrastructure. You will minimise downtime through:
Reacting swiftly to equipment failures and production interruptions.
Completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks across all mechanical and electrical systems.
Overseeing plant machinery to ensure it functions within optimal parameters.
Enforcing strict health and safety regulations and site standards.
Maintaining accurate logs of daily tasks and briefing the incoming engineering team.
What You Need to Succeed
A formal qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree) in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Strong working knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems, alongside control panels and PLCs.
Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Sharp diagnostic abilities to identify faults and utilise lean techniques (such as the 5 Whys) to prevent recurrence.
