The Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple developments across the Leeds area, ensuring sales performance targets are met and exceeded. You will lead, coach, and support on-site sales teams while driving best practice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate on-site sales teams across multiple developments
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure high presentation and compliance standards
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of sales advisors
  • Work closely with senior management to report on sales activity and forecasts
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service throughout the buyer journey

About You

  • Proven experience within new homes sales, ideally at management or senior sales level
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Commercially aware with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
