New Homes Sales Consultant

Location: E3, East London
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic + OTE £50,000 – £60,000
Contract: Full Time
Schedule: Rolling 7-day rota with 1 full weekend off per month

A leading residential developer based in E3 is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous new homes sales experience who is looking to develop their career with a respected developer in the London market.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding buyers through the full sales journey — from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion — while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming sales enquiries and conducting viewings
  • Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers
  • Achieving sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities
  • Maintaining the presentation standards of the sales suite and show homes
  • Progressing reservations through to exchange
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams
  • Keeping accurate records using CRM systems
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the buying process

Requirements

  • Previous new homes sales experience is essential
  • Experience can be gained through:
    • Direct employment with a developer
    • Temporary contracts
    • Agency-based new homes sales roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and motivated to succeed
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
