Location: Fairham, Nottinghamshire Salary: £30,000 Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10am–5pm Type: Permanent | Full‑Time Development Size: 2, 3 & 4‑bed homes | Approx. 101 units

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading residential developer on the launch of their flagship development in Fairham, Nottinghamshire.

This is a key front‑of‑house role on a high‑profile site, and we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running, confidently manage a busy sales environment, and deliver exceptional customer service from day one.

The Role

• Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation

• Conducting professional and engaging show home viewings

• Maintaining high presentation standards across the sales area

• Building strong relationships with prospective buyers

• Working towards sales targets and supporting a successful site launch

• Providing accurate information on availability, pricing, and build progress

• Strong sales experience (new homes preferred, but property or high‑end sales considered)

• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
