The Role

The successful candidate will oversee multiple groundworks projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are achieved. Responsibilities will include managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining client relationships, and providing strategic oversight across several contracts simultaneously.

Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within the groundworks or civil engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management, and construction programmes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and site teams concurrently.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards within construction.
Remuneration
