Peace Recruitment are working with our client, a provider of student accommodation services to source a Night Shift Customer Service Assistant. We are looking for a Night Owl to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for their student residents overnight. You’ll be the main point of contact during the night, handling enquiries, supporting residents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver front-of-house customer service overnight
- Respond to enquiries (in person, phone, email)
- Support resident safety, welfare, and wellbeing
- Handle incidents calmly and follow procedures
- Maintain logs and update systems
- Assist with bookings, admin, and basic maintenance reporting
- Help keep communal areas clean and ready for use
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Flexible, reliable, and team-focused
- Additional languages are a bonus
