Peace Recruitment are working with our client, a provider of student accommodation services to source a Night Shift Customer Service Assistant. We are looking for a Night Owl to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for their student residents overnight. You’ll be the main point of contact during the night, handling enquiries, supporting residents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver front-of-house customer service overnight
  • Respond to enquiries (in person, phone, email)
  • Support resident safety, welfare, and wellbeing
  • Handle incidents calmly and follow procedures
  • Maintain logs and update systems
  • Assist with bookings, admin, and basic maintenance reporting
  • Help keep communal areas clean and ready for use

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Flexible, reliable, and team-focused
  • Additional languages are a bonus
