What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating a hardworking night shift team

  • Running all night operations with confidence and control

  • Planning vehicles and keeping the pallet network flowing

  • Smashing SLAs and solving problems on the spot

  • Keeping the site safe, compliant, and running smoothly

  • Handing over cleanly to the day team so nothing gets missed

 

What You Bring

  • Experience supervising in logistics, warehousing, or pallet networks

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Calm, organised, and decisive under pressure

  • A hands‑on approach — you lead by doing

  • Confidence to make quick, smart operational decisions
