Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing for goods in orders
- Accurately packing orders to prevent damaging stock
- Perform heavy lifting where required
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Load and unload goods from lorries and ensure proper storage in the warehouse
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels
Requirements:
- Must have experience in warehousing or picking and packing specifically
- Able to use a pump truck and a hand scanner for order picking
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to carry out quality control checks
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and manual work
- Understanding of warehouse management systems for stock tracking
