This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional from Newly Qualified level up to 3 years PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
They are paying a Competitive Salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending on experience and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer:
- Deliver accurate and high-quality legal work within agreed timescales
- Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions
- Provide an excellent level of client service and accessibility
- Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including Sales and purchases, Leasehold and freehold transactions, New build properties and Transfers of equity
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
- NQ to 3 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Hybrid working available after probation
