A welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Beaconsfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional looking to work in a nurturing environment supporting young children during their early development.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Support children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework
• Deliver and assist with engaging play-based activities and learning sessions
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and communication development
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and transitions
• Work closely with staff and parents to support children’s overall progress and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Qualification in Childcare – essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential
• Right to Work in the UK – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Caring, reliable, and proactive approach

Desirable

• Driver preferred due to location/travel requirements
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• Paediatric First Aid qualification
