Nursery Manager

Role: Nursery Manager
Hours: Full Time
Location: Blackburn Area
Salary: £36000-£46000 (DOE) + Welcome Bonus (£200) + up to 50% Childcare Discount

Duties

• Lead the nursery day-to-day, ensuring high standards across all rooms
• Support, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
• Oversee planning, EYFS delivery, observations and assessments
• Ensure full safeguarding, welfare and compliance at all times
• Build strong relationships with parents/carers and the wider community
• Manage staff performance, training and recruitment
• Work strategically with owners/directors to drive quality and outcomes

Experience

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) - essential
• Proven Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• A positive role model who leads by example and motivates others
