Salary: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour

The setting promotes high-quality early years education and values teamwork, child development and positive relationships with families.

The nursery is looking to appoint a full-time Nursery Manager on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff development, ensuring compliance with EYFS standards and maintaining high standards of care and education throughout the setting.

The successful Nursery Manager will have:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above

• Previous experience working as a Nursery Manager or in a senior nursery leadership role

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• A flexible and proactive approach to work

• Strong communication and team management abilities
