TeacherActive are proud to be working with a welcoming private day nursery based in Tunbridge Wells, who are looking to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a lunchtime cover position. This nurturing setting provides a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The nursery is looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to support the team during busy lunchtime periods. The successful candidate will help supervise mealtimes, support children with their personal care needs, engage children in activities and ensure a safe and positive environment throughout the day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent part-time hours with an immediate start.

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and nurturing approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to support the wider nursery team
