Nursery Practitioner – Flexible Hours Available
£12.71 – £14.00 per hour

The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
  • Encourage learning through both structured and free play
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Support children with SEN where required
  • Observe and monitor children’s progress
About You We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
  • Has a genuine passion for working with young children
  • Has knowledge or experience supporting SEN (desirable)
  • Is caring, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
  • Can provide a positive and nurturing approach to childcare
Safeguarding Requirements Smile Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must:
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Provide 24 months of references, including one from an education setting
  • Provide a character reference for any gaps in employment where applicable
