Veritas Education is currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners for welcoming and supportive nursery settings in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and caring individuals who are looking to support young children within a positive early years environment. Long-term opportunities are available for candidates with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications, as well as those with previous nursery experience.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children's learning and development through engaging activities, promote a safe and nurturing environment, and work closely with staff and families to help every child thrive.

What we're looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
• Previous nursery or early years experience
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• Ability to support engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
