Our client based in Crawley is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader supporting their busy pre-school room.  Based on a working week of 40 hours our clients are offering salary up to £33,280 depending on experience.  This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting.

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
