About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery setting. This is a full-time position, ideal for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about early years education and confident in leading a room effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support the learning and development of children in line with EYFS guidelines
- Supervise and support other staff members within the room
- Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
- Proven experience working within a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required)

- Full-time, stable working hours (37.5 per week)
