- Support children’s development in line with EYFS

- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS
- Previous UK nursery experience

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0–5
- Lead curriculum planning and EYFS implementation

- Support staff development and pedagogy
- Monitor and assess children’s progress
- Build strong relationships with parents and families
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are met
- Contribute to nursery development and improvement
- Degree in Early Years Teaching (QTS or EYTS)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
- Experience teaching in Early Years settings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Step into a senior leadership role supporting the management team and ensuring high standards of care, education, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Manager and Deputy in leading the nursery
- Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards
- Lead and mentor nursery practitioners
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Support staff training and development
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
- Build strong relationships with parents and families
- Cover management responsibilities in senior staff absence
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
- Experience in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
