Salary: Up to £28,000 per year (DOE & hours)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
  • Support children’s development in line with EYFS

  • Work collaboratively within the nursery team
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS
  • Previous UK nursery experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Years Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and learning, while leading pedagogical practice within the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0–5
  • Lead curriculum planning and EYFS implementation
  • Model outstanding practice across the team
  • Support staff development and pedagogy
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are met
  • Contribute to nursery development and improvement
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Years Teaching (QTS or EYTS)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
  • Experience teaching in Early Years settings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role

Step into a senior leadership role supporting the management team and ensuring high standards of care, education, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager and Deputy in leading the nursery
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards
  • Lead and mentor nursery practitioners
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Support staff training and development
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families
  • Cover management responsibilities in senior staff absence
Requirements
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
