The curriculum is designed to inspire and support every child’s development in a rich, engaging environment.
The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Nursery Teacher who can contribute positively to school life and deliver a high standard of education within the Early Years setting. This role will involve full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and effective behaviour management.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Recent experience teaching within EYFS
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to become part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
- Willingness to attend training and professional development as required
- Ability to attend an interview with Smile Education
- Willingness to complete all relevant safeguarding and compliance checks
- Provide a minimum of two professional references
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education
