Interim Nursing Home Manager – Residential Dementia Care Home

Location: Tywyn, Wales
Contract: Interim - 3 Months
Hours: 2-3 Days Per Week
Daily rate: £250-£370/day

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim General Care Manager to support a small residential dementia care home in Tywyn, Wales, for a 3-month period. This is a part-time interim role requiring 2-3 days per week to provide operational leadership, clinical oversight, and management support to the home and staff team.

The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse with previous experience in residential or dementia care settings. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the service, maintaining high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing guidance to the existing team.

Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration.
Previous management or senior leadership experience within a care home setting.
Strong understanding of dementia care and CIW/CQC standards.
Must hold a current portable/online DBS certificate.
 

This role would suit an experienced interim manager or nurse leader looking to provide short-term support within a friendly and well-established dementia care environment.
