Occupational Therapist required for a specialist education setting within the Hillingdon Granges group.

This is a permanent, full-time role working as part of an in-house multidisciplinary clinical team, supporting pupils aged 3–14 with autism, neurodivergence, learning difficulties, SEMH needs and developmental trauma.

The role will involve delivering bespoke occupational therapy assessment and intervention, holding a caseload, contributing to staff training and consultation, and working closely with education and clinical colleagues to support pupil independence and engagement.

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Salary: Up to £53,200 DOE
Bonus: £5,000 welcome bonus
Additional benefit: £2,000 CPD training allowance after probation

Requirements:
Applicants must hold a recognised Occupational Therapy degree, valid HCPC registration and RCOT membership. Experience with children or young people with autism, neurodivergence, learning difficulties, SEMH, SEND or complex needs would be highly relevant.

This role could suit an Occupational Therapist developing in their career, including a strong Band 5 profile, provided they have relevant transferable experience and a clear interest in education-based OT practice.
