Adults Occupational Therapist –Walsall
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Adults Occupational Therapist on behalf of a client based in Walsall.
Location: Walsall (Hybrid – community-based with a minimum of 1 day per week at one of the centres)
Pay Rate:
- £28.40 per hour (Umbrella)
- £25.05 per hour (PAYE, inclusive)
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Adults Occupational Therapist to join a community-based team in Walsall. This is a hybrid role, combining community visits with office-based working at least once per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Enablement Assessments for adults in the community
- Develop and implement personalised Enablement Plans
- Work collaboratively with service users and multidisciplinary teams
- Instruct and support Enablement Officers with interventions
- Promote independence and improve outcomes for service users
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with valid HCPC registration
- Experience within adult social care settings
- Strong understanding of enablement/rehabilitation approaches
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently within a community setting
