Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 
Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Air & Sea Operator to manage international shipments from start to finish. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling shipments via air and sea
  • Liaising with customers, carriers, and overseas agents
  • Completing documentation and customs requirements
  • Tracking shipments and providing regular updates
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time

  • Previous experience in air and sea freight operations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
