📍 Location: Corringham, Essex (Candidate must have their own transport due to location)

💼 Salary: £110–£125 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our clients Property Maintenace company who are friendly, supportive and a growing team based in Corringham, Essex.

This is a brilliant temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to secure a permanent role within a stable and expanding company, where you will be truly valued and part of a collaborative office environment.

You will be working fully office-based, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Managing emails, phone calls, and internal communications
• Updating and maintaining accurate records and databases
• Data entry and document management
• Supporting with filing, scanning, and organisation of files
• Assisting with scheduling and diary coordination
• Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
• General office support duties as required
