Full-time, permanent position
Will be based onsite in Cardiff
Need to have previous construction experience
Main responsibilities
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative tasks.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Maintain all office supplies.
- Assist set up of all new staff.
- Assist team with calendar management and expenses.
- Arrange travel, meetings and appointments.
- Supervision of office administrative staff, including Reception.
- Coordinate recruitment of office administrative staff.
- Administer the management of the team holiday records.
- Supervise/management of team, mentoring and coaching of junior members of staff.
