Online Live Chat Agent (Hybrid)

Location: Kent (Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
Salary: £26,200 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an Online Live Chat Agent to join our client's growing customer support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, customer-focused business offering a hybrid working arrangement and a supportive team environment.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience, responding to enquiries via live chat and email, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

• Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information and support to customers
• Investigating and resolving customer issues, escalating more complex cases where necessary
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer queries are resolved effectively
• Delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, live chat, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
