What You’ll Be Doing

A varied operations role split across customer support and data processing:

  • Handling hotel queries via Zendesk
  • Supporting with rate and room visibility issues, access requests, and general support tickets
  • Loading and maintaining hotel rates accurately across multiple systems
  • Working heavily with Excel (VLOOKUP + data manipulation essential)
  • Building strong relationships with hotel partners

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail (this is absolutely key)
  • Comfortable using Excel (VLOOKUP/data handling required)
  • Good communication skills, especially written
  • Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
