Operations & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client requests with accuracy, discretion, and urgency
- Prepare tailored quotations for transport and specialist handling services
- Set up and manage jobs within internal systems to exacting standards
- Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth, high-quality execution
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients regarding requirements and timelines
- Monitor live operations, anticipating challenges and resolving issues proactively
- Uphold meticulous records across all jobs, pricing, and communications
A Background in logistics, transport, warehousing, or operations is essential.
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-led environment
