Operations & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate client requests with accuracy, discretion, and urgency
  • Prepare tailored quotations for transport and specialist handling services
  • Set up and manage jobs within internal systems to exacting standards
  • Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth, high-quality execution
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients regarding requirements and timelines
  • Monitor live operations, anticipating challenges and resolving issues proactively
  • Uphold meticulous records across all jobs, pricing, and communications
What can you bring? 

A Background in logistics, transport, warehousing, or operations is essential.
