A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join an exciting, high profile hospitality and retail destination entering a significant phase of growth and development.

This is a hands on leadership role overseeing the day to day operations of a busy brasserie, terrace, retail/gallery space and events operation. Working closely with ownership, you will play a key role in professionalising systems, driving operational excellence and helping shape the future direction of the business.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader who is equally comfortable managing teams on the floor as they are analysing financial performance, improving operational systems and driving commercial growth.

The successful candidate will have:


• Proven senior management experience within hospitality
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions driven approach
• Confidence managing multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with stock control, payroll, compliance and business systems
• A genuine passion for exceptional customer experience

This role would suit someone who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys building, improving and evolving a business rather than simply maintaining it.
