Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to take full ownership of production within a high-performance, luxury service operation based in North London. This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded, hands-on professional who can drive operational excellence, elevate standards, and lead from the front in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Provide end-to-end leadership of shift operations, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved with precision and efficiency
• Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, embedding a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
• Own and drive KPI performance across productivity, quality, cost control, labour utilisation, and energy efficiency
• Take full accountability for workforce management including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Champion a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance and best practice across all operational activities
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives in line with premium service expectations
• Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver a scalable, efficient, and commercially successful operation

Profile

• Proven success in an operations leadership role within production, manufacturing, or service-led environments
• Experience in laundry, hospitality, or high-volume processing is advantageous but not essential
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost efficiency and premium quality
• A credible, confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Highly organised, solutions-focused, and resilient under pressure
• Demonstrated experience in KPI ownership, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement
• Uncompromising commitment to Health & Safety and operational best practice

Job Offer
