As the Operations Manager in London, you will manage operations, facilities and administration across the company whilst overseeing 2 Administrators. The role is to start in June and will be a long contract for at least 6months.

You will work for a highly reputable construction consultancy who have 3 offices in the UK, they deliver on large scale projects which transform spaces into state of the art work spaces and residential.

Description

As the Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to maintain efficiency across all business functions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations within the property sector.
  • Manage and support the secretarial and business support teams to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Coordinate and implement processes to streamline operational workflows.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business strategy.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement within administrative procedures.
  • Oversee resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.
  • Coordinate facilities issues and ensure the office is maintained

Profile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Offer

You will receive a salary of 45k-53k with 4 days in the office.
