This Operations Manager position offers a broad and hands-on role within a growing plumbing and heating business delivering domestic and commercial projects. £50,000 - £70,000 per annum plus benefits

Full-time, Permanent Position
This is a permanent full-time role split between office and site locations. Projects are located within roughly a one-hour radius of the office, limiting excessive travel.

About the Role
The Operations Manager will oversee the coordination and delivery of plumbing and heating projects across domestic and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations across multiple projects
- Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and schedules
- Supporting project planning and delivery
- Attending site visits and client meetings
- Monitoring project progress, quality and timescales
- Managing materials, suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting estimating and quotation work where required
- Using Simpro software for operational and project management tasks
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Working closely with senior management to support business growth
Applicants should have operational management experience within plumbing, heating, mechanical or building services environments. Estimating experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential for the right individual.
