Are you a Plant, Operations, or Production Manager from a manufacturing background looking to join an established international manufacturer offering long term stability, progression, and the opportunity to lead a busy production facility?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established manufacturing business supplying specialist products into a range of industrial sectors across the UK and internationally.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll oversee production, logistics, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement across the site while leading and developing a high performing team.

This role would suit someone from a manufacturing or production environment looking for a senior operational role with autonomy and long term progression.

The Role

• Oversee all plant operations across production, logistics, and maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and support production growth
• Lead and develop the production team

The Person

• Management experience within manufacturing or production
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
