£30,000 per annum | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Anglian Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly respected employer who are looking to recruit a Paint Preparation Operative to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous workshop or paint prep experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking for a secure, long-term position.

The Role

As a Paint Preparation Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning and filling
• Assisting the paint spraying process to achieve a high-quality finish
• Mixing paints and supporting colour matching when required
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Working Hours

40-hour week:

• Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
• Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 per annum

About You

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in paint preparation, paint spraying or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and pride in their work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability and willingness to learn
