Order Processor – uPVC Windows & Doors

Must have previous experience within the Window and Door Industry as an Order Processor.

Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer within the uPVC windows and doors industry who are looking to recruit an experienced Order Processor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous order processing experience within the fenestration industry who is looking to join a busy, supportive, and forward-thinking business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from point of sale through to production.

The Role

As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders for uPVC windows and doors, ensuring all specifications, measurements, and technical details are accurate before orders are released to production.

You will work closely with customers, sales teams, production, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing orders for uPVC windows, doors, and associated products accurately and efficiently
• Reviewing quotations, specifications, and technical drawings before production release
• Checking measurements, configurations, hardware, and glazing details
• Liaising with customers and internal departments to resolve technical queries and amendments
• Ensuring all orders comply with company procedures and manufacturing requirements
• Updating internal systems with accurate order information
• Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery schedules are met
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle
• Managing amendments and ensuring all revisions are correctly documented
• Supporting the wider sales and operations teams when required

Candidate Requirements

• Previous order processing experience within the uPVC windows and doors industry is essential
• Strong knowledge of uPVC window and door products and manufacturing processes
• Experience using industry software such as Window Designer, Business Micros, First Degree, or similar systems would be advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
