We are recruiting for an experienced Organisational Development Project Manager to join a Talent and Organisational Development team within a leading Higher Education institution.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (Talent), this role will support the delivery of key talent, learning, and performance development initiatives, including the rollout of the Thrive platform, beginning with the MyAppraisal functionality and expanding into wider learning and talent management tools.
The successful candidate will combine project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, reporting, and operational delivery to help embed new talent and learning solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and implementation of the Thrive platform, including appraisal, learning, and talent management functionality.
- Coordinate project activities including stakeholder engagement, workshops, UX/UAT testing, communications, and reporting.
- Support organisational development initiatives such as mentoring, succession planning, career development tools, and feedback programmes.
- Gather, analyse, and present data to support decision-making and measure programme impact.
- Develop communication materials, presentations, FAQs, guidance documents, and stakeholder updates.
- Deliver workshops, briefings, and engagement sessions both online and face-to-face.
- Provide operational and administrative support across Talent Team priorities and respond to user queries.
About You
- Previous experience in project coordination or project management roles.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Excel and Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting digital systems, HR systems, learning platforms, or organisational change initiatives is desirable.
- Previous experience within Higher Education, HR, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or Talent functions would be advantageous.
Additional Information
- Hybrid working arrangement with approximately 1–2 days onsite per week in King’s Cross, with additional onsite attendance as required.
- Immediate start preferred.
- 6-month fixed-term contract.
