Outbound Sales Executive

In this key role, duties will include the following :
- Making outbound calls to current, lapsed and prospect customers to promote and sell their product range
- Building and maintaining strong relationships
- Dealing with enquiries, quickly assessing and understanding customer requirements
- Assisting with producing and following up on quotations
- Updating the CRM system
- A proven track record within sales / telesales
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to calling customers
- Exceptional communication, administration and customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills including ERP/CRM software
- £26,728
