As a Packing Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing packing teams to deliver against key targets
  • Driving operational performance across safety, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency optimisation
  • Ensuring On Time In Full delivery and adherence to strict quality standards
  • Overseeing packing equipment performance, maintenance, and improvement
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
As a Packing Operations Manager, your experience will include:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Manufacturing or Production Operations
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as OTIF, quality, and efficiency
  • Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of operational cost control
