Paint Sprayer

Kolt Recruitment  are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a  professional accident repair centre in Edgware. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle paint spraying and refinishing work, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including masking and priming.
• Colour matching and mixing paints to ensure seamless repairs.
• Spraying vehicles to a high standard, maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and quality requirements.
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop/accident repair environment.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
