Paint Sprayer

Kolt Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to join a well-established bodyshop in New Malden.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) + time-saved bonus
Hours: Full-time, with overtime available

The Role

• Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles and panels
• Colour matching and mixing water-based and solvent paints
• Achieving a high-quality finish and carrying out final checks
• Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring health & safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter / Paint Technician
• Skilled with water-based systems and modern spray techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds / ATA) desirable
