Paint Sprayer

kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a busy accident repair centre based in high wycombe. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paint sprayer to join a well-established bodyshop, working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish on all repairs.
key responsibilities:

• prepare vehicles for paint including masking, sanding and priming 
• mix and apply paints to manufacturer specifications 
• carry out colour matching to ensure a seamless finish 
• spray vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a flawless finish 
• inspect completed work and carry out any necessary rectification 
• maintain spray booths and equipment to required standards 

requirements:

• previous experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre 
• strong knowledge of paint systems and application techniques 
• excellent attention to detail and quality control 
• ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• full uk driving licence preferred
